The Horn Kit is a therapy implementation program to supplement traditional placement therapy techniques. Each of the 12 horns in this Airflow Hierarchy addresses specific oral-motor movements necessary for speech and feeding development. The system is designed to normalize oral-motor skills for appropriate articulation of speech sounds, abdominal grading for respiration and support, and appropriate oral-nasal contrasts.
Each horn's position in the Airflow hierarchy is based on level of difficulty and degree of potential benefit. Refer to the Horns As Therapy Tools DVD for addtional instructions about how to best implement this program. Appropraite for clients of all ages (12 months and older) and ability levels.
