Warranty of Merchantability
All our goods are of merchandisable condition and will serve their intended functions.
Terms of Warranty
All products do not come with warranty. Products are checked to ensure they are in working conditions before they are sent out.
Prices
All our prices are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated. There will be no discounts unless during clearance sale.
Delivery services
Delivery is free for goods purchased above S$150.00 and delivered within Singapore. For purchases below $150, a delivery charge of $10.00 will be imposed. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery within Singapore. If any delay is expected, we will inform the client either through email or contact information provided by the client. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.
Payment Processing
For online purchasing, we only accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
Cheque payment and bank transfer are also acceptable for offline orders. Please email us directly.
We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed. If there is any discrepancies, our customers will be duly informed.
Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer. But we will allow for a one-to-one exchange within one week upon receipt of goods.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 48 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
Exchange & Refunds
All our goods sold are exchangeable within one week upon receipt of goods.
